Joining Target - UpCurve, a prestigious seven-month virtual learning program aimed at empowering women in STEM, has been nothing short of a transformative experience for me. From the moment I was selected as one of the 30 students in the Data Analytics cohort, I knew I was embarking on a journey that would shape my career and personal growth in profound ways.
The program's emphasis on hands-on projects, mentorship from industry leaders, and interactive sessions has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of data analytics. Through engaging discussions and practical exercises, I've not only honed my technical skills but also developed critical thinking and problem-solving abilities that are essential in the fast-paced world of STEM.
