Overview of Recruitment Process
The recruitment process consisted of three stages:
- Online Assessment
- Technical Interview
- Technical + HR Interview
Stage 1: Online Assessment
- Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes
- Number of Questions: 4 (3 Medium + 1 Hard)
Topics Covered:
- Dynamic Programming
- Graphs
- Strings
- Arrays
Difficulty: Tough — mostly DP/graphs based
Performance:
- 1 question solved fully
- 1 solved 90% (8/9 test cases)
- 2 solved partially(9/15 test cases)
Shortlisting: Out of 400 students, 21 students were shortlisted for Technical Interview
Stage 2: Technical Interview
Format: One-on-one Technical Round (questions varied across candidates)
For me personally:
- OOPs concepts (Polymorphism, Operator Overloading, Early/Late Binding)
- 1 DSA problem (easy, strings-based — similar to Valid Parentheses)
- Discussion on projects from my resume
- Shortlisting: Out of 21, 11 students moved to the final round
Stage 3: Technical + HR Interview
Focus Areas:
- Detailed discussion on resume projects
- Aptitude and logical reasoning questions
- OOPs fundamentals
- One DSA question (medium-level, string based)
HR/Behavioral questions:
- Career goals
- Leadership/teamwork examples
- Why this company?
Final Selection: Out of 11, 6 students were selected for internship .
Post-Interview Reflections:
- Online Assessment was highly competitive, testing problem-solving in DP/graphs/strings
- Technical Interviews focused on OOPs + Resume projects
- Final HR round tested all-round ability: problem-solving (DSA), aptitude, and communication skills
Closing Note
The interview process was challenging but fair, combining hardcore DSA, OOPs, and project discussions with HR evaluation. I was selected for the internship after successfully clearing all rounds.
